Flow of Procedures to Change (Transfer) to ANA Flights (PC page)

Within a Japan domestic flight, select Reservation Number or e-Ticket Number under Japan Domestic Reservation Confirmation to search for the reservation of the transfer flight.

Select Change Reservation from Menu at the top of the Reservation Summary Confirmation screen, or select Change Reservation at the right of the Reservation Summary Confirmation screen.

Check the Select what you wish to Change checkbox for the itinerary you want to change and select the Next button.

The search criteria screen will be displayed on the right.Select any criteria you want to change and then click the Search button.

The Seat Availability Result screen will be displayed. Please select a transfer destination from the flights that have seats available.

Please check that your selected flight is displayed and then click Next.

The Fare Difference Adjustment screen will be displayed. (As it is a flight transfer, a fare difference will not be incurred.) After reviewing the information before and after the change, check the "I have read and agreed to the information provided herein." checkbox and select Next.

A screen for confirming the change procedure will be displayed. Click the Confirm button.

The flight change (transfer) is complete.
