Log in to the the ANA website, ANA app, or ANA Mileage Club app, and then make a reservation from the flight award reservation tab.

Campaign mileage can be used if the itinerary contains only eligible flights which depart and arrive within the eligible period.

Campaign mileage and standard mileage can be selected during the eligible period.

If your itinerary contains 2 sectors on routes requiring different mileage amounts, you must make a reservation and issue a flight ticket for each sector.

Applicable campaign mileage can be used for direct flights on eligible routes only.

The number of seats that can be used with Flight Awards is limited.Your kind understanding will be appreciated.

Flight tickets issued through this service are available for flights within the eligible flight period (1 week) on the same sector. Changes to departure and arrival airports are not permitted.

Reservation changes must be made before the departure time of the originally reserved flight and by 1 day prior to the new departure date. The departure time cannot be changed on the departure date of your reserved flight.

Flights cannot be changed to dates falling outside the eligible boarding period.

Refunds are available for Japan Domestic Flight Awards for which all segments are unused, and require payment of the designated cancellation fee (3,000 miles per person). Please note that, if the miles required for the cancellation fee exceed the number of miles used for the flight award, you will not be charged the difference.

If you have already reserved and issued a flight award using the usual amount of mileage required, you will not be able to change to campaign mileage, even if your flight falls within the eligible travel period and on an eligible route.

Miles that have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded.

If you need to change your reservation for reasons such as bad weather, you can do so on the ANA website.

For reservations that are redeemed using ANA Family Miles, changes cannot be made on the ANA website. In this instance, please call us.

Award tickets issued through this service are valid until the last day of the eligible boarding period.
