CarSeven offers great deals to customers who purchase and sell vehicles through their ever-expanding network of dealerships in Japan.
In order to offer customers greater peace of mind, the company was the first in the country's used vehicle industry to obtain PrivacyMark certification, which is granted to companies that have proven their ability to properly handle personal information.
ANA Mileage Club members who request CarSeven's free vehicle valuation service can earn miles. Those who decide to sell their vehicles to CarSeven will also earn miles based on their vehicle's selling price.

Mileage Accrual

1 valuation for 1 vehicle = 100 miles

    Only requests which are made via the website below or by telephone are eligible for mileage accrual.

Miles from Vehicle Sales

The table below indicates the amount of accruable miles that correspond to each contracted selling price range.

JPY 100,000-999,999 2,000 miles
JPY 1,000,000-1,999,999 3,000 miles
For every JPY 100,000 beyond JPY 2,000,000 Plus 1,000 miles

    These figures apply to vehicle selling contracts which are finalized after customers use the vehicle valuation service mentioned above. Customers who do not use the valuation service cannot accrue miles from their vehicle sale.

    Miles are not accrued if the contracted selling price of a vehicle is less than JPY 10,000.

  • *

    Cannot be used in conjunction with online promotions or other benefits.

How to Accrue Miles

  1. When requesting the vehicle valuation service via the dedicated website (Text is available in Japanese only.) or the telephone number below, please provide your name and ANA Mileage Club membership number.

  2. After requesting the vehicle valuation service, please separately contact your nearest CarSeven dealership within 24 hours.
    (If the request was made online, please contact by email.)

      Requests which are made through the above website or by telephone are eligible for mileage accrual. Requests which are made in person at a dealership are not eligible for mileage accrual.

      A vehicle can only be valuated once through this service. Miles are not accrued when the same vehicle is valuated multiple times.
      When finalizing the selling contract after using the vehicle valuation service, please present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card and state that you wish to accrue mileage.

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

    Please retain the vehicle sale contract until after you have confirmed that mileage from your flight has been credited to your mileage account.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Retroactive mileage registration is not permitted.

  • Miles are accrued by the person who is named as the owner or primary user on the shaken (vehicle inspection) certificate, their spouse, or a family member who lives with them.
