For Families or Individuals with Large Amounts of Belongings:

Full Plan: Everything is packed by Nippon Express.
Half Plan: Only small, time-consuming items are packed by Nippon Express.
Self-Packing Plan: Pack everything yourself.

For Individuals with Small Amounts of Belongings:

Individual Pack: Choose the "S" or "L" pack to match your needs.
Individual 1.5 m³ Pack: Get a great deal on moving by packing by yourself.
Individual Same-Day Pack: For small amounts of belongings over short distances.

Services are also available for customers who are moving outside Japan for reasons such as work or education.

Consumption tax, expressway tolls, ferry fares, household appliance recycling fees, collection fees for unwanted household goods, transportation insurance, express delivery and packing fees, some corporate contract prices, discounted prices moving fees within Japan which are associated with an international move

[International Moving]

Taxes, insurance fees, rail and sea transportation fees, fees which require advance payment (arrival fees at destination, etc.), fees when moving from certain points of origin in China (Hong Kong, etc.) to Japan, moving fees within Japan which are associated with an international move, corporate contract prices (for moves from Japan), non-eligible package prices, discounted prices

How to Accrue Miles

Moving Within Japan

When requesting moving services within Japan, provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Card membership number in order to earn miles.

Request moving services within Japan.
1 mile for every JPY 100 spent

International Moving

When requesting the Nippon Express Full International Moving Service Pack (Sea Shipment) for an international move, provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Card membership number in order to earn miles.

Request international moving services.
1 mile for every JPY 100 spent

Mileage Accrual Date

Approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Retroactive Mileage Registration

Moving Within Japan

Please note that if a request is not submitted during the period between the moving service request and the day prior to the moving date, retroactive mileage registration will not be accepted.

International Moving

If a request is not made at the time of the moving service request, retroactive mileage registration will not be accepted.

Moving Within Japan

Discounted services and usage of other services are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Some services such as corporate customer services may not be eligible for mileage accrual. Please refer to the Mileage Accrual section for details regarding fees and charges that are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Moving fees within Japan which are associated with an international move are not eligible for mileage accrual.

International Moving

When the point of origin is in China, only standard sea shipment fees are eligible for mileage accrual.
Moves between two destinations outside Japan and air shipment fees are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Moving service package plans and other discounted services are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Services for moves from Japan which are requested under a corporate contract are not eligible for mileage accrual.
Moving fees within Japan which are associated with an international move are not eligible for mileage accrual.
