How to Accrue Miles

Refer to the gift redemption catalog, then complete the gift request form with your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number and other required information to submit the request.

Submit the request through the Matsumoto Kiyoshi website. (Text is available in Japanese only.)
Mileage Accrual Date
After submitting the application, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Redemption of points for miles is not automatic. A request must be submitted each time.

Points which have been redeemed for miles cannot be converted back into points. Miles cannot be redeemed for points.
