1)Once reservation is confirmed, payment and ticketing must be
completed at the same time. ANA is offering a convenient optional
service that enables customers to hold reservations and fare
details up to 72 hours after making a reservation.

2)Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before purchase.

First class roundtrips, circle trips, and open-jaw trips.

Up to 6 months

Child (2 - 11 years of age): 25% off adult fares
Infant not occupying a seat (under 2 years of age):
90% off adult fares

Outbound: Permitted for free.
Inbound: Permitted for free.
It is necessary to change the date before the original flight
date, otherwise the ticket has no value.
Reroutings are not permitted.
To the following fares that are applicable for the fee
above-mentioned is changeable.
More expensive ANA normal fare

• Fare must be adjusted if the change results
  in a fare difference.

1 transfer permitted for each way in Japan
1 transfer permitted for each way in USA.

1 stopover permitted in Japan.

Charge:RMB500 each

Travel between China and Japan must be on any NH flight operated
by NH.
Travel between Japan and USA must be on any NH flight operated
by NH or UA.
Travel within USA must be on any NH or UA flight.

• Bussiness class is offered ​between China and Japan.

Before departure

RMB1000 will be charged as a refund fee.
No refund on the day of departure.

After departure

Please contact ANA within one year and 30 days
from the departure date.
