About Disembarking Procedure

Please keep distance between passengers when disembarking from the plane.

Social distancing during flights

While on the plane, please refrain from leaving your seat as much as possible. If you wish to change seats, please notify a cabin attendant.*
Please wash your hands, cover your mouth when coughing and keep your conversations down to a minimum as preventive measures.

  • *

In some cases, it may not be possible to change your seats due to weight balance management of the aircraft. In particular, aircrafts such as DHC8-400 do not have many seats and even if there are empty seats, you may not be able to change seats due to adjusting weight balance of the aircraft.

Lavatories

Please wash your hands before and after using the lavatories.
In addition, please close the lid of the toilet before flushing.

Proper disposal of masks and facial covering

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, please take your used masks, facial covering, tissue paper, etc. home as much as possible.
Please use plastic bags when disposing your masks in order to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Wearing of masks or facial coverings

We ask that you wear a mask or facial covering* on board to reduce any discomfort that fellow passengers may feel.
Please continue to wear a mask or facial covering at the airport and on board aircraft even after you have been vaccinated.
However, this does not apply to young children (including infants) and those who have a valid health-related reason for being unable to wear one (see 1 to 3 below).
If you have any concerns about flying, please call us beforehand.

Please note that we may deny your boarding in case of your refusal to wear a mask, intervene our staff from performing their duties or failing to follow their instructions, or having a fever or otherwise unwell.
