ANA Value Vouchers
ANA Value Vouchers can be used toward the purchase of flight tickets, hotel accommodations, in-flight sales items, and other products.
10,000 miles can be redeemed for vouchers worth JPY 10,000.

In the place of ANA Value Vouchers, we have launched the following 2 new services as of July 1, 2022: ANA Digital Coupon and ANA Variety Coupon.

Customers who applied for ANA Value Vouchers by June 30, 2022 can use their vouchers until they expire.

Applications for ANA Digital Coupon and ANA Variety Coupon can be made on the Japanese version of the ANA website. Details on the availability of these services on the English version of the ANA website will be announced at a later date.

Our partnership with pâtisserie Sadaharu AOKI paris ended on September 30, 2019, and therefore ANA Value Vouchers can no longer be used for purchases through this merchant.
Validity
ANA Value Vouchers expire at the end of the month 12 months after redemption.
(For example: ANA Value Vouchers issued on April 1, 2021 will expire on April 30, 2022.)

Please be sure to use the vouchers before they expire. All expired vouchers will be invalidated.

Rules regarding the use of ANA Value Vouchers in conjunction with discounts differ according to the product or facility.
Eligible Customers

ANA Value Vouchers can be used by the ANA Mileage Club member whose name is printed on the voucher.

As well as those who have been registered as award users by said member.

If a person is registered as an award user, they can use an ANA Value Voucher even if their name does not match the one printed on the voucher.

When using vouchers, users may be asked to present a form of personal identification.

For stays and dining experiences at IHG ANA Hotels Group Japan hotels, vouchers can only be used by the requesting ANA Mileage Club member or an already registered Award User together with one accompanying guest.
If a person other than the ANA Mileage Club member will use the voucher without being accompanied by said member, they must be registered as an Award User. Please use the members-only features to complete registration procedures.

Award users may be asked to present documentation to verify their relationship with the ANA Mileage Club member.

Usage of ANA Value Vouchers

ANA Value Voucher usage is subject to restrictions regarding eligible locations, etc. Please make sure to check the details on the webpage for each eligible product before using.

ANA Value Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Change will not be given when using ANA Value Vouchers for payment.

Any remaining voucher amounts cannot be transferred toward the purchase of other products or services.

ANA is not responsible for any loss or theft of ANA Value Vouchers. ANA Value Vouchers will not be reissued for any reason.

ANA Value Vouchers cannot be used at regular travel agencies or other non-designated locations. Please confirm the details via the Eligible Products tab.

ANA Value Vouchers cannot be purchased or sold. Vouchers which have been purchased or sold will be invalidated.

To ensure the accuracy of automated voucher processing, customers are asked to keep their ANA Value Vouchers clean.
Invalid Vouchers

Vouchers which do not have the ANA Mileage Club membership number, name, date of issue, or expiration date printed on the front side.

Vouchers which have been purchased or sold.
-
Vouchers which have exceeded their expiration dates.
Refunds
Amounts which are paid with ANA Value Vouchers will not be refunded in the form of cash, ANA Value Vouchers, or mileage credit.
About Mileage Accrual
Rules regarding mileage accrual differ according to the product, so please make sure to check the details on the webpage for each eligible product.
Receipts
In principle, receipts for flight ticket purchases are issued for the amount paid by means other than ANA Value Vouchers.
For customers who wish to receive a receipt for the full amount, a receipt which includes a payment method breakdown (to indicate the amount paid for by ANA Value Vouchers) will be issued.
