A service has been launched that allows ANA Mileage Club members to register assistance information for your flight due to illness, injury or disability. Upon making a reservation, you can make a your reservation with your assistance information smoothly due to report ANA Mileage Club membership number and that staff identifies the registered information of the assistance.

We will register your assistance information to the column of customer information of ANA Mileage Club member. A part of registered information can be indicated on the page of customer's basic information on ANA Web site and the screen view for reconfirmation upon international reservation.
We will keep your all assistance information other than the indicated information. We will take it over to airport agent and cabin crew to be qualified the registered information by the ANA Disability Desk.
We will register additional assistance information, so please apply using one of the following methods.
As it is an additional registration to ANA Mileage Club member information, we will confirm your identity.
First of all, please join the ANA Mileage Club. You can do so through the ANA website or by post.
Press the button below to complete the necessary application procedures. Your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number will be shown on the Registration Completion page.
Make sure to keep your ANA Mileage Club membership number in a safe place as you will require it to register your passenger information.
We will send the membership application form to your designated address, so please call the "ANA Disability Desk". Please fill in the application form you received and return it to the ANA Mileage Club Center.
After joining the ANA Mileage Club, you can register your information using one of the following methods.

The ANA Disability Desk will check the form and then register your assistance information.
Download and fill in the Registration Sheet for Customer Assistance Information below and post it to the Assistance Information Registration Service Desk.
If you are unable to download the sheet, please contact the ANA Disability Desk so it can be posted to you instead.
Please print the Registration Sheet for Customer Assistance Information on white A4 paper. (Please do not expand/shrink the form or use double-sided printing.)
Please use the address label only upon posting the Information Registration Form.
If we need to verify the content you have submitted, ANA staff may contact you by phone.
Call the ANA Disability Desk with your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number ready to hand.
ANA staff will ask for assistance information and register it as member information.
Customers can register information if they have applied for membership of the ANA Mileage Club.
We are unable to return documents sent to the Assistance Information Registration Service Desk, so please ensure that you make copies of anything you require.
We may return your documentation and the form itself for confirmation purposes if there are discrepancies between the information on the registration form and that registered with the ANA Mileage Club.
It will take 5working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your registration. If the Registration Desk calls to confirm any items on your form, your registration will take 5working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process after said items have been confirmed.
If there is any change in registration information, or for confirmation of registration information details, please contact the "ANA Disability Desk" by phone or email.
Postal registration is not available to customers resident outside of Japan. Please apply for registration by email.
When sending applications by post, only regular postal mail will be accepted. Registrations sent by other means such as courier or express delivery services will not be accepted.
Changes in member information such as address and name will not be accepted at this desk. Please contact ANA Mileage Club Service Center.
Please refer to the ANA Privacy Policy for details regarding the use of personal information.
Any special assistance information you register with us will be handled carefully. Please report your ANA Mileage Club Membership number when making a reservation. Then, ANA staff will confirm the information of the assistance.
Some of your registered assistance information will be displayed as support information on the website, so that you don't have to enter it and can complete your reservation quickly.
The Information "A" in the Registration Sheet for Customer Assistance Information will be recognized on screen view when you make a reservation of Japan domestic and international flight via the internet (Web). Furthermore you can recognize it on basic information for ANA Milege Club card holder, too.
The Information "B" you have registered will be indicated on your reservation screen view via internet(Web).
The Information "C" you have registered will not be indicated will not be displayed on the ANA website screen. Please contact the ANA Disability Desk after booking your ticket.
Information will be transferred to the airport and onboard in advance. Please contact the ANA Disability Desk by phone or e-mail at the time of reservation. If you need to change your flight reservation after registering your assistance information, you must also contact us by phone or e-mail.
You will need to confirm the required documents such as medical certificate and oxygen cylinder specification confirmation form each time. Please note that there is a deadline for making reservations for loaned items.
