Discount Fare for Customers with Disabilities* (Japan Domestic Flights)
A special discount is available for customers with Grade 1 and 2 physical disabilities and customers with mental disabilities with a disability certificate for Japan domestic flights.
Conditions
Available to passengers who fall under any of categories 1–2 below.

Passengers who are aged 2 or over at the time of departure in possession of one of the booklets/certificates below

Up to one caregiver traveling on the same flight as the passenger corresponding to 1.

If the passenger with the booklet/certificate is a child (2-11 years old), the caregiver will be eligible for the Disability Discount even if the child is traveling using a different fare.

If the passenger with the booklet/certificate is an infant (0-1 years old) who is not using a seat, the caregiver will not be eligible for the Disability Discount.

Disability Discount is not available with A mentally disturbed person preservation of health welfare pocket diary that is not valid on the departure date.

Please present your Identification Booklet for Persons with Disabilities upon ticket purchase or when undertaking boarding procedures, or you can present your ANA Mileage Club Card instead if you have registered your booklet thereon. If you cannot present the relevant identification document, the discount will not be applied.

Please proceed from the (Book a Flight) button.

Select Round Trip or One Way.

Search by entering departure and arrival locations, dates and number of passengers, and selecting Disability Discount as the fare to search.

The Seat Availability Result screen will display the fare after the Disability Discount has been applied, so simply select your desired flight

Select Non-members or ANA Mileage Club Members and fill in the necessary information to make a reservation
